After beginning a career as an internal auditor, Kim quickly found her love for streamlining tasks made her an even more valuable asset in the administrative field. Since joining the Horizons team, Kim’s creative thinking and drive to improve our processes has resulted in several new and improved systems. Always with an eye for quality and efficiency, Kim works with the administrative support team to ensure our clients receive materials that are accurate, attractive and on time.

What Kim likes best about working at Horizons is the sense of camaraderie among the members of the administrative team. The mutually supportive atmosphere and common goal of excellence in all they do make Kim’s job a pleasure.

Kim’s favorite things in life are her children and spending time with family.  An English Literature major in college, Kim also likes to read just about everything, but prefers historical fiction. Kim can frequently be found working in the children’s nursery at church or in her daughter’s classroom at school. Kim, her husband, Jamie and their two children live in Cabot, Arkansas.
