Senior Ministry Strategist
Bridget Ciaramitaro is an organizational development consultant, executive coach, applied anthropologist, and educator to nonprofit organizations. She developed and delivers the 12-week “Before You Ask” program offered by the Assisi Foundation of Memphis. This program focuses on standards of excellence for nonprofit capacity-building and program development. More than 1,000 nonprofit leaders have completed this program.
She has assisted organizations in Memphis, the Delta region, and beyond, in strategic business planning, board development, critical problem solving, succession planning, and fundraising. She has won regional, national, and international awards for her consulting projects for nonprofits, hospitals, and utility companies. Her applied anthropology research and consulting outcomes have been published in books and journals. She is a certified trainer in Bridges Out of Poverty, Ethical Fitness, and other leadership development skills. She is a national licensed consultant in Standards for Excellence In Ethics And Accountability. In her limited spare time, Bridget is a fabric artist with an interest in traditional functional art with a modern twist.
